House Republican leaders on Thursday unveiled a list of standards for an immigration reform plan that would allow unlawful immigrants to remain in the United States if they meet certain standards and requirements. Many of this immigrants pay indirect taxes every time they purchase something, sometimes they even use a tax ID number to pay their taxes and can’t never claim on tax return for personal use. Therefore they should be allowed to apply citizenship as well.
